On problem Rich is it must not have been against the rules. With the
other incident it was a judgment call by B.A.S.S officials.

As for swearing, What about Jim Bitter???????

Chris

It is against Florida law though and that makes it against the rules
according to BASS. Joe Z.

Joe,

That makes me wonder why B.A.S.S wouldn't have called him on that as
well??? They took their time reviewing the tapes on Day 1, why wouldn't
they do the same on day 2?

Oh well, we could argue about this, but just as everyone I have formed
my opinions based on how I have watched B.A.S.S change, and would never
push those opinions on anyone, just throwing them out for the sake of
argument.

Take care

Chris

I agree Chris, BASS is a shadow of it's former self. 64 degrees here on
Tuesday. I may have to slum and go walleye fishing on the river. March,
April and part of May you can basically bass fish for them. Casting jig and
twister tail to the banks and swimming it or dragging and dead sticking. Joe
Z.

From BASSFAN.com
Weldon was clear the DQ did not stem from Iaconelli possibly culling a dead
fish, which is a violation of Florida fishing regulations and is thus a
violation of BASS rules, which require that anglers obey all local and state
laws. Weldon said, "I was not there, and if that fish moves one time, you
can release it. I was not there, so I don't know." JZ
