I agree with you Steve. Fishing is just part of the fun. I enjoy the
boating aspect almost as much. Of course, I use my duck hunting boat for fishing, but it still hits 38 MPH on a 17' Grizzly with a 60 HP mercury. Jeff "Steve @ OutdoorFrontiers" wrote in message ... Heck yea! I had a blast this week running wild on Lake George (what 45 mph
speed limit?). It was the most fun I've had in my new Gambler. George is magnificent, scenic lake to run, all 32 miles of it. I did 78 mph on my GPS, far lower than my speedometer said but plenty fast nontheless. On tourney day1 I drew boat #100/107, and passed about 20 boats (mostly Rangers) as I cruised the length of the lake. Never once during the week did I see another boat pass me. Never thought I'd say it bit I LOVE SPEED! Warren -- http://www.warrenwolk.com/ http://www.tri-statebassmasters.com "Jeff Durham" wrote in message ... I agree with you Steve.
