Do you think she's stalking us? :-) The thing that's amazed me is that so many people answered her sincerely. Blatant term-paper research in ROFF hasn't been tolerated for years. In the day of searchable Usenet archives (thanks, Google), there's no excuse for such an intrusion. They used to be common. I've assumed she was cleverly touting the Logan River, and that the joke's on ROFF. :-) -- Cut "to the chase" for my email address. |

Well, there could be part of the paper on watershed usage, its impact
on the river/economy. My daughter just got second place in a statewide competition for college level journalists. They were given a general topic and two hours, no phone nor Internet usage allowed. You gather as much info as possible and go. Hell, I did a marketing paper on a brick (the waste product fly ash was used instead of cement). One of my side notes was that the brick weighed less and so could reduce repetative stress injuries in masons (though not shriners in clown cars). Mayhaps, if we ask real nice, she'll post the paper here. Frank Reid |

Hell, she couldn't even use a car. That's brutal (and yes, I would have gotten first place). Frank Reid |

Not me. These silly surveys and requests for input on class papers, even if a real class project, are utterly useless anyway. I used it as a way to clarify some of my own thinking. -- r.bc: vixen Speaker to squirrels, willow watcher, etc.. Often taunted by trout. Almost entirely harmless. Really. |
