Living in the last house on a dead end rural road has lots of advantages, but good phone lines and connections to the Net aren't one of them. After months of problems with one ISP I'm switching to one that doesn't seem to have a news server. I'm pretty sure I can live without UseNet and it without me g but are there other ways to access it besides your ISPs server ? When I'm on the road an have the urge to read Usenet I use Google groups. -- Charlie... http://www.chocphoto.com |
