President Bush smashes Texas fishing record

That's what's being reported in the German Newspaper Bild am Sonntag.

When asked about his high point since becoming president in January
2001, he said, "I would say the best moment of all was when I caught a
7.5 pound (3.402 kilos) perch in my lake."

Does this sound more than a little fishy to anyone else? Aside from the
exotic Nile perch, no species of perch in North America comes anywhere
close to this weight.
