Yikes. A couple of times a year I manage to rasp my hand
pretty good while trimming my horses' hooves, but there's
only so much damage a rasp can do :-)

I'm not sure me and a table saw would be a good thing...
Interestingly enough even though I probably should have
had them a couple of times in my life, I've never had stitches.
Probably 'cause I've always lived far enough away from
the Frank Reid Danger Attraction Zone :-)

Jon.

What's the Frank Reid Danger Attraction Zone?
I thought someday we would fish together someday.
Will I need something larger than a raffle first aid kit?

How strong a swimmer are you?

Unless someone managed to put a level 1 trauma center in a box, I'd
offer that while it is marginally possible that you won't _need_
something larger, there is little or no chance that you won't really,
really, really _want_ something larger...and at least 3 changes of dry
socks and skivvies...an hour...and oh, yeah - a tranquilizer gun (for
when Frank says, "Hey, I've got an idea...")...

HTH,
R
....heck, I'd always thought those buttons should have said
"WWFF?"..."Where Will Frank Fall?"

I gave one (button) to my daughter the other day occasioned by her
graduation from college (yeh, I'm a cheap *******). By the by, the
button reads WWFD. Her instant comment (before I told her the meaning)
was "When Will Frank Drown?" I guess she wants to pay off some of
those college loans.
On a lighter note, the state of Maryland has gifted their avalanche
rescue radio system to Nebraska.
On a third note, sub-cutaneous, satellite-capable, golf-ball sized RFID
tags may be the cause of my skin cancer.

Thought WWFD was a radio station somewhere on the great plains of Nebraska.
That's where I heard my life's worth of Worst Songs.
Congratulations to your daughter graduating college.
Good luck to her...she's off to the real world now.

Thanks, will pass it on. Well, she spent 2 years in the "real world"
between her sophomore and junior years. She'll make it.
Unfortunately, she has my genes along with bad eyesight. You all
thought I was a klutz.

Frank mostly attracts danger to himself. Mostly. Though the plane
thing would have been spooky to be anywhere near.

So what you need is to review your water rescue, CPR, and general
first aid principles and skills, because we don't want to lose Frank.
Remember, though, the first rule of rescue. Do not put yourself in
danger while trying to rescue someone else. Even Frank. For one
thing, Frank seems to have a bit more good luck than bad and generally
self rescues. You would feel very foolish dying to rescue someone who
was already pulling himself up the bank and out of the water.

Often taunted by trout. Almost entirely harmless. Really.

Don't ask me what time it is lest I'm of
a mood to tell you how to make a clock.

Besides, the best money would be on videotaping the whole event.
