Our recipe down south for carp is....
scale, gut. fill gut with fresh cow paddy.. bake one hour, eat the the
cow paddy....

happily in freshwater as well and its table and fighting qualities are
renown. I would suggest that this is a far better direction to drive your
carp than promoting it as a fishery.

Woo..another Carp thread. I remember last year (or was it the year before)
when the Carp threads really got going here. Everyone just loves a Carp.
Poor old Carp. Maybe we should have a thread on Buffalo.
