Oh, I don't know, I saw tidbits: the book was originally published in `84; it's worth more than the original cover price; there was a second printing a while back; there is a third printing available now; TU gets a bit of money for it if you buy it the right way. I'll take a copy of that book for NH....Name your price.... Dana AHA! Finally, a light at the end of the tunnel - I wish it to be called it "Siobhan." HTH, R ....I tellin' ya, it'd make things easier... |

Write the damn thing, or place some duct tape over "Massachusetts" and write in "New Hampshire". He said nothing about content or accuracy. -- TL, Tim who *hates* it when he must point out the obvious. Gary I doubt there's much useful difference if you have the old book and some experience. Some sections were removed (sea run brown progtram on the Cape for example), some were revised because the streams have been 'destreamed' by encroaching suburbia. I haven't bought one - but will eventually (probably second printing) for Alan James' artwork. It's cheaper to buy the book than one of his posters. The nice thing is that the book is now all digital and is printed from PDF files on-demand so we can change the content easily. I'll let you know when the edition with the revised Westfield section comes out - that will be worthwhile. -- Stan Gula http://gula.org/roffswaps |
