I'd like to know what the odds are on catching the same fish twice, and
better yet, three times! Pictures to be posted on ABPF.

Does catching yourself twice count?

Long story short (really long and complicated), I got hooked in the
head, got the lure cut off and went back fishing with the hook still in
my head and planning on going to the ER later on after I was done
fishing.

Here's the lure in the head:

Back out on the water I got the same lure caught in my thumb with no
chance of self-removal and finally had to go to the ER to get both
hooks removed.

Here's the same lure in my thumb:

Try explaining that to the ER people. Replaced the 2 trebles that were
cut off and have since caught about 32 more fish with that Rapala, it's
both my favorite and least favorite lure.

We have a fish here that is always back for more. His name is Rufus.
Last year I believe the fish was caught at least 6 times that I know of
maybe more. I have yet to catch the fish this year
