It reminds me of when I used to co-op at The Children's Center of the Stanford Community when my kids were attending years ago. As I observed, the 3/4 year olds would argue in the sand box, call eachother names and insult one another over pointless subject matters. The only difference I see here, is that the kids after arguing would be friends again within the next 5 minutes or so. Yeah, we've all seen 3 and 4 year olds argue....and kiss and make up....or whatever. But, have you ever seen them burn? It's not the same thing at all.....really. This is not a newsgroup to see who is right or who is the smartest, but to make contributions to the group without having a ****ing contests. No doubt your tenure and vast experience here qualfies you to pontificate on what this group is and is not for. Nevertheless, there are those recalcitrant troglodytes among us who will insist that our own opinions are just that. Some of us, at least, are not interested in trading, comparing, or just plain accepting. Grow up. I have a son who just finished up his freshmen year at Stanford Univ. I asked him; "So you must have seen a lot of smart people on campus?" Did you really? Honestly, now. He replied: "Dad, the smart people are pretty quiet, they don't say too much, but they're brilliant!, Yeah, that's how you know they're brilliant.....they just sit there looking quizzical and bemused and ****. it's the insecure ones who have to voice to let people know how they stand. Thus inviting the question of exactly where your son......or his father, for that matter.....stand on this fascinating question, eh? However most students can see right through them". Well, them darn students!......what DON'T they know......ainna? fwiw, Roughly half a jar of cold ****. Seriously, though, did you take notes?.....make a sound recording?......a video, perhaps?......hire a stenographer?......or are you just in the habit of using quotation marks to establish some sort of travesty of verisimilitude? Wolfgang who never guessed that eddie's father could write......and now we see why. |

I thought that was somebody who makes a living (such as it is) playing records (or whatever the hell they call them these days) at wedding receptions and ****. You are the most pitiful human I have ever encountered. Almost enough to make a boy believe human beings are inherently evil.......ainna? You make the Putz look like a choir boy. Which "Putz" would that be?. There are so many. I never talked to DJ about his chosen career, But then, we all know that you are notorious (if, nevertheless, excruciatingly inept) liar. So, what are we to make of this startling declaration? but I know he was happy in what he was doing, "Was" being the operative verb. But, how is he feeling about it these days? I know his wife and mother are very proud of him, and his children loved him very much, and are equally proud. And that will keep them all well fed and warm and fuzzy on those long, cold winter nights.......right? You'll never have children to love or admire you, will you, Wouldn't know. I never question children about love or admiration. I really don't spend much time thinking about it. On the other hand, there are adults who trust me. They ask me to babysit their infant children. I guess they figure I'm not likely to offer them up as a sacrifice. Who knows why people do the things they do, eh? Lilliputian? Ooh! Ooh! I'm feeling the rage! ![]() I think that a wise choice. Maybe. I wouldn't know. I no more look for wisdom in children than penetrating insights into love and admiration. To think that he was serving his country so little pukes like you can have freedom of speech and everything else we have here in the U.S. sickens me even more than his death. Well, we both know that he was doing nothing of the kind.....and we're both reasonably certain that the thought never entered his little head, aren't we? I'm pretty sure it's the unaccustomed exercise of thinking that is causing your distress. And, yeah, we're all pretty sure that you're pretty sure of it too. I saw his ashes buried at Arlington Cemetery this afternoon. How do you know they were his? I mean, hell, they could'a burned up half a dozen or so 3 year old ragheads.....and you'd never know the difference......right? Ashes, is ashes......right? ****, they sneak 'em in in the dead of night so nobody will see 'em. I remember a time in a country in which the government (and it's hired thugs) wasn't too ashamed to at least let the citizens who hired them see what they paid for. I jumped when the seven riflemen fired their three shot volly, even though I knew it was coming. Yeah, I bet you did. BOO! ![]() I saw his wife presented with his Bronze Star and Purple Heart, And a great deal of satisfaction and solace she'll get from those, huh? Hey, maybe she can trot them out on holidays and family birthdays and such, and REALLY give the kids a treat, hm? and the flag that draped his grave, Did they get one of the really good ones? I saw an ad in the Menard's flier last weekend......4th of July special!.....fireproof!.....4x6!......$8.95!! and not once did I think of all the little **** weazels in this country that, including you, Lilliputian, applaud his death. Weasel is spelled with and "s"......not a "z". Anyway, why would I applaud his death? Hell, I didn't know him......never even heard of him. You think I should be overjoyed by his death just because YOU are? That ain't gonna happen. I saw his brothers and sisters, cousins, and other family members mourn his passing, Yeah, well, it's always fun till someone gets hurt, ainna? and military friends cry. Tsk, tsk.......and people wonder why this country gets its ass whupped by every bunch of malnourished and illiterate runts they bump into. All of them know about **** weazels like you, Weasel is spelled with and "s"......not a "z". but they know that you and your kind do not matter in *any* way. True......oh, so true. The killing will go on despite my best efforts. I've known it for a long time. However, there are things worth doing despite the absolute certainty of failure. You are just an evil entity Well, I'm only human. that is in their way, But, the mere fact that I'm here to respond to your insipid pap demonstrates beyond a possibility of doubt that I've managed to stay out of their sights thus far. Not bad for a smelly immigrant kid, huh? ![]() and they brush you aside, knowing you are pititul. Sorta makes a boy wonder how they got to know me so well, doesn't it? There is a motor cycle gang at the cemetery that guards the family from riff raff like you. I predict they're going to get pretty bored before long. They're all volunteers, So.....what? All your talk of the riches you've amassed at the public tit and you can't even afford to pay them? Why, you chiseling *******! all vets, all saw action in Viet Nam or Iraq, Hm......"motor cycle gangs," "Viet Nam" or "Iraq" vets. So, what you're saying is that they are all experienced at lighting up unarmed civilians, eh? I suppose I should be afraid. all of them sick and tired of people like you who applaud the death of DJ and his friends. I know that you aren't going to get this, but I live in the almost certainly vain hope that someday, somehow, someone will be able to explain it to you and the couple hundred million other murderous pigs in this world in terms that even you can understand. I am not a fan of indiscriminate mass butchery. EVERYBODY who has been incinerated, bombed, shot, bludgeoned, impaled, smashed, run over, beheaded, defenestrated, hung, drawn and quartered, buried alive, capped, double-tapped, tortured, executed, terminated with extreme prejudice, lit up, ****ed up, raped, pillaged, abused or otherwise maltreated in Iraq in the past three years or so was somebody's mother, father, son, daughter, nephew, niece, brother-in law, sister in-law, father-in-law, mother-in-law, aunt, uncle, grandmother, grandfather, grandson, and/or granddaughter. Yours don't look any different to me than any others. In fact, they all look pretty much alike to me......with or without the bad perm. Some day, Lilliputian, I will see you again, and all your little shiny new nickles will be mine. Yet another death threat.....yawn.. Count on it, skag. Pack a lunch, Duke......take a number.....you know where the line forms. Wolfgang who knows that if anything......um.....untoward.....should happen to him in the next couple of years, a LOT of people are going to have a bunch of very embarrassing questions to answer. ![]() |

![]() "Wolfgang" wrote in message oups.com... Say, did you ever have one of those talks with your nephew? I think the kid had a mind of his own. http://www.militarycity.com/valor/1880663.html Look, the boy was doing what he thought was the right thing to do, whether you agree or not. He followed his orders and for doing so he is not coming back and a family grieves. They aren't the only family grieving nor are we the only country loosing some of it's best and brightest. He is not to be held accountable that he was even over there in the first place nor should he be accountable that thousnads of Iraqi citizens of all ages and sex have been killed. While he should not be held accountable, by putting on that uniform and making that trip, he made himself responsible for what happened in his sphere of influence. That does not make all the bloodshed OK, you're right. Nor does that make Mr. LaCourse responsible for his nephews death. I know what your message is in general terms and agree with some of it, but please. Insulting Mr. Lacourse at this time over this issue will not solve anything except to made a bad situation worse. I'm asking you to give it a rest for this thread. There will be plenty of other chances for you and Mr. Lacourse to tango so to speake. Please? And as to your other comment about knowing for sure the ashes were the boy, the body was returned and it is noted. From there, the family is dependent upon the undertaker and we would like to assume the director's morals and ethics were sufficent to ensure they belonged only to Dave's nephew. |

NONE of the best or the brightest are walking around in somebody else's country for no good reason with guns in their hands.
