Hello all, I'm in the process of creating a website whose purpose is to help people do nice things for each other. 1. What do fly fishers like/need/want? A blow job will do just fine. -- Cut "to the chase" for my email address. |

As to recommending it as a gift idea, that's a whole different kind of website than the one I'm making. Does anyone else have a suggestion? What about catalogs like Cabelas? Do you like stuff from there or is that to far towards camping? |

The ideal gift that a non-flyfishing woman can give her flyfishing husband (or partner or whatever), IMO, is the freedom to go fishing whenever and wherever he wants, with whomever he wants, with no nagging or complaints. She should also listen attentively, with no hint of skepticism, to the stories he tells upon his return. -- Cut "to the chase" for my email address. |

I agree, provided the flyfisher is proportionally appreciative and supportive when it's her turn to host the "Steel Magnolias" discussion group. |

In general, I tend to like so-called "chick flicks." My spousal unit, however, thought the movie was ****. A discussion group would be extremely interesting. Nothing is more fascinating, IMO (including flyfishing), than trying to figure out how women think. It's mostly a futile exercise, but every now and then there's a breakthrough. -- Cut "to the chase" for my email address. |

An actual *gift* would be encouragement to go, so the fisherman doesn't have to worry about the wife's unspoken feelings during his trip. |
