How are the rivers running in your area atm?

I know you've had an odd rain pattern and I'm forward planning...

TBH I haven't fished for salmon, seatrout or dollaghan for some years now.
My fishing is restricted to brownie fishing in my local stream. I'm out of
touch with conditions on the main rivers as such, May was very wet but
June - now have been very dry/warm. Sorry I can't be of more help.
