Default Power loading / Winnebago County

Chris...heck, I don't think that a single dollar of any of the license, fee
or other money goes directly to DNR////Pks & Wildlife or whatever else they
call it in WI. I imagine that in TX ( my home state) that all the money goes
into the general fund, and then the TX Pks and Wildlife get a stipend, set
by the politicians, after they have squandered much of it on pork barrel
deals.

I'd imagine it is the same in a lot places. Scream if you want, but be
sure that the guy you are screaming at actually gets some money from fees to
do anything with.
