I have a feeling that this must have been the Brenig do a couple of years ago - either that or the one quite a few years ago which Bill organised in S Wales, I seem to remember an awful lot of Guiness floating about that time???? thanks to all that have offered info - the Abernethy lot is looking a bit likely, but i want to check out Lochindorb as offered by Devs, thanks again. cheers all Dave |

If you did, you might just be about dry by now !! I'm pretty sure I didn't. It sounds as if I'd know... But as it happens you missed that I was replying to Dave Armes who in his turn had responded to Dave Lane and commented upon BBQ which I presumed you had eaten with him, Dave A. Dave A gets around enough that it's entirely possible you had - following? So I replied to you accordingly - still with me? But in fact you were commenting on a session with Dave L who, admitting a certain haziness of memory (that must have been a good session) proceeded to assume that he had been at the choccie football dinner but that he had also partaken of sufficient porter to have mislaid the details. Hmmm. I wonder if he (Dave L) remembers what he promised us all at Brenig a couple of years ago... Ob fishing: Now we've had a little rain the brownies have perked up nicely.
