Default Shortest TR (At Least for Me)

In the eldest month of Summer
I fished my oldest stream.
And the fish took flies
With goofy sexual names.
Humpies
Stimulators
And Madam Xes
Big flies that sat fat on the skinny water.

But when the sun was going
And coyotes warbled back in the black woods.
I tied on an elder fly
With an elder name.

And the pale Hornberg
Drifted out of the light
Of the old, old sun,
And then the fish splashed
Cold
Platinum
Fire.
In the light of the aged moon.
In the dark of the ancient night.
In the eldest month of Summer

Nice for the end of summer. And the pic goes well with it.

Speaker to squirrels, willow watcher, etc..
Often taunted by trout. Almost entirely harmless. Really.
