"Its ashamed that kids everywhere have to watch suck a smartass with a
cocky attitude and pattern them selves after him."
I've never seen it in stone where kids automatically see something and
become that. I think as long as a parent is there to guide them and help
them through their decision making, seeing someone who reacts to
situations as Ike does is actually beneficial to their upbringing. I
love Ike, the fisherman, I think he is a great competitor, and a lot of
fire, sometimes his emotions get the best of him, and he probably acts
before he thinks, that is real life, that is how some people are. Like I
said, I like his fishing abilities, that says nothing to his abilities
to teach my child right from wrong, which is not his job, it is mine,
and my responsibility. If my children decide to grow up to be cocky and
hated by everyone for that reason then that is a direct reflection on
me, not Mike Iaconelli, I wouldn't hide behind excuses for their
behavior, and I sure wouldn't blame some "character" on TV.

A great look at reality Chris! Responsibility is a pre-requist for
parenting, in my opinion!
