Wear a hat

Wear a broad brimmed hat, SPF 300 cream (multi spectral), sun gloves,
long sleeved shirts. Get checked by your dermatologist annually. Be
mindful when you go outside before your only view of outside is through
a hospital window.

around with you than anyone I know! Good luck. Been meaning to drop you

Frankie Baby what the hell ya doing to yourself.....Seems like every
other month you have something else wrong..........Seriously my friend
I hope the pain goes away sooner than later and you make a full and
speedy recovery......I rarely wear long sleeves but I always wear a
hat..........
