Well here goes.....We don't say toh-may-toh....We call em
toh-mait-ers...Just like POH-taters.... We eat maters on bread for a
sandwich with LOTS of black pepper as well as frying GREEN ones....There is
nothing better than a pan full of fried green tomaters...That is unless its
a pan full of fried crappie complete with fried taters OR cheese grits and
hushpuppies made with beer batter.(Old Milwaukee Beer seems to have the best
cooking flavor to me).

(My spell checker just called me an uneducated imbasull.)
