I'm gonna walk down the street and watch the #1 college
football team in the country and the presumptive Heisman Trophy winner stomp the bejesus out of my Illini. One good thing about the Illini sucking, I was able to get a seat in the first row of the balcony. Look for me in Section O of the east balcony, I'll be wearing orange. -- Ken Fortenberry |

I didn't watch the game as LSU-TN occupied my TV set. No such thing as a moral victory but at least score makes it seem like they held their own. |

The Illini basically played the #1 team in the country dead even for three quarters and they had a Hail Mary chance on the last play of the game to tie it up. I've never seen so many opposition fans at Memorial Stadium, the place was almost as much red as orange. -- Ken Fortenberry |

Buckeyes do travel well, which is one reason they love us at all Bowl
games. Around the first of the year Tempe is known as little Columbus . They didn't look very good playing Illinios, but if you look at the average margine of defeat for the Illini this year its down from 33 points last year to 7 points this year. Me thinks they will be a REALLY good team next year. Look out for Juice... At least we didn't almost loose to Ball State...like that team up north. -Ethan Yeah, they did hold their own.
