Anyway, not sure if anyone's got any input on this or not. I just figured
I'd throw it out to see what people's opinions might be. Thanks. Mark Currie Well, I went back tonight and I think I've got it solved. I feel kind of stupid for this, but I'm positive they're white suckers (Catostomus commersoni). The caudal fin is forked and the back is a gold/brassy colour with silver sides/underside. Anyway, thanks to the couple of people that replied. I guess yesterday I got too caught up on trying to get a good picture of a young beaver swimming around than actually identifying the fish.
