I would certainly return to NZ to do it properly with respect to
fishing. My wife and I toured the South Island and I stopped at a lot of
rivers. Nearly every one of the had large fish visible right where I
would park the car. I only had one day to fish unfortunately.

That said, I colleague just returned from Patagonia and that looked
incredible too.
