I wouldn't know what size trolling motor to use. Just think how long of a
retrieving rope you'd need to dock the TM when you're ready to move to
another spot.

I was thinking that would have to be one long shaft trolling motor.

Silly Jerry... you'd use an auto deploy/stow mount.
