Broken rod help

In trying to remove a reel stuck on my sage xp 5-weight, I forced it
and ended up bending the (not sure what it's called) ring that screws
up to hold the reel onto the rod.

Any suggestions for how I can fix this... or, if it's not something I
can do myself, where I would get it fixed?

I bought it from a rod builder on ebay... so I'm guessing that Sage
won't cover it, will they? (The builder himself has not replied to
any of my emails.)
