Default Upper Delaware trouble

I've been browsing and came across this on the upper Delaware river,

seems after the flood last summer the towns people went ahead and dredged
the tributaries to the east and west branch of the famous Delaware. Not a
good thing for the wild trout of the river because there spawning areas
were destroyed. the friends of the Delaware river are fighting it, any way
here's a link to their site and the problem explained.
