Tis true that those little black bugs were the most frequent escapees from
their tags. I think yours happened to be one of the first packages I
opened, and about a half dozen were loose, no big deal; but a few more kept
falling off during the sorting & packaging. Still, it was a day before I
noticed they were barbless. Gorgeous little guys though.
