I've actually lost track of how long this latest ****storm has been
raging; and though frequently entertaining and even occasionally thought-provoking, it's become unfortunately circular and repetitive with no new material for a while now. Let's face it, Whack-a-Mole is fun, but not for two weeks. Clearly the Moles will always pop up for more; but I should think the Whacker would eventually tire of the game. (The respective identities of the whackers and the whackees are, of course, subjective.:-) So, I'll offer only a quote variously attributed to Albert Einstein and Ben Franklin (and likely the work of neither) that: "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." $.02, Joe F. |
