If forced, I'd have to _guess_ Bush and Cheney, but with ol' Fred, it might well be that his plumber ****ed him off and THAT'S who he thinks is in need of a decent, humane carnival-slash-lynching...presumably, since he has decided, a decent, humane show trial in a kangaroo court won't be a messy prerequisite to the lynching...and whoda thunk ol' Fred was to the right of good ol' Jesse Helms...heck, even Uncle Jesse favored a fair trial before the hanging...
