Fishermen who have passed on often leave widows behind who miss the fish
tales and eating fish. My dad often brought bass home and gave them away to the little old ladies whose husbands were gone. He and all the guys who do this make a lot of ladies happy for a while. They always thanked him for the fish - and the memories. Oh, and unlike other fish he gave away, not a single widow lady ever asked him to clean her fish g Except for his own he did not clean ANYBODY's fish, and if anybody asked, he never offered any more G Good luck! John "Bob La Londe" wrote in message .. . Revisited. Because they might just die on you before you get a chance to go fishing if you blow it off. I had a fellow sound me out a few years back who I'ld been friendly with off and on at various functions over the years. I kinda blew him off when he made noises like he might like to be taken fishing. I was busy with work and life in general and figured there would be plenty of time. I was wrong. He ain't around anymore. The next time I saw him was at his funeral. That's been a while and it still bothers me. -- Bob La Londe Fishing Arizona & The Colorado River Fishing Forums & Contests http://www.YumaBassMan.com -- Posted via a free Usenet account from http://www.teranews.com |
