You might take a minute to fumble your beads, kiss your rug, or whatever you
chose to do along those lines for the rest of the folks in the area are that
aren't enjoying the good luck that my family has.


That's good news, and hope your luck continues to hold.
I have a decades-long friendship with a guy whose office is about a mile from
the Scripps Ranch area - which happens to be where his house still stands
(amazingly enough, as there was heavy damage to the neighborhood).

His luck also holds, but he doesn't know whether to sh!t or go blind: no
matter where he is he's too close for comfort.
