As far as catalogs, I get one from Orvis practically every month.
With Christmas coming, I'm expecting at least three, maybe four.

I sent them an e-mail a year or so ago, telling them what lousy service
I got in the Lake George outlet store. I signed it with my name & home
town. The next day I had a message on my machine to please call them
back at corporate in Manchester, VT. I did & they were very
apologetic, wanted to shower me with coupons & gift certs. "No thanks,
just have somebody wait on me next time I come in." They do. I don't
buy a lot of stuff there. They mostly have expensive clothing for the
tourists.
