Hello Ms. Rowe,

I'm the chap that posted the problem in receiving your catalogs.

Do you have an e-mail address, to you, that you can post ?

I certainly do not wish to go to your Customer Service site, again, as I've
wasted enough time with the on-line ordering site, as well as the customer
service (thru a human) phone.

Thank you,
R. Rose

Hello,
Thanks a lot for this information as I have some problems too with Orvis.
I am a flyfisher women living in France and with 2 of my friends we ordered
3 kickboat backpackers which we found wonderful to fish in small lakes.
Unfortunately the PVC of the pontoons is quite fragile and the thermic
soldering of the edges constantly breaks and leeks.
This happened after 3 or 4 times of use on all 3 boats.
These boats came from the UK Orvis branch who sells to a shop in Luxemburg
where we bought these boats and complained about the poor quality of the
seams .
What the UK branch did is send us another plastic enveloppe which happen to
be meant for a U float tube ! Nothing to do with what we asked.
So I intend to make another claim to Orvis main dealer in USA and I will try
through this web customer service.
Thanks a lot.
Lydie
By the way, Has anyone encountered the same problem on such kickboat
backpackers ?
