Your Alarm isn't working
"YOUR alarm isn't working. The pwoer has been out since yesterday afternoon
and now we want you to come out and fix the alarm for free at 10:00PM even though we were to cheap to pay for more than the most basic monitoring and refused a maintenance contract." What !?
