Half time

Oskee Uh Oh

I'm sorry to say it; but this is just sad. The 3rd quarter isn't over, &
I'm checking the listings to see what else is on at 8. Just awful. :-(

Yeah. It is sad. However, Illinois did have a couple of very nice
sacks of Booty. But they coughed up the ball to many times.

Hey, at least they made it to the RB. Pretty neat, Ken. Sorry about
the results.

Yeah, it was cool having someone to root for in one of these games. (I'd
have taken the bet; but I couldn't root for USC, even for good scotch.)
Illinois was clearly a good team; but too many mistakes, turnovers, missed
tackles, missed assignments when it mattered and USC ended up looking better
than they would have if Illinois had brought their A game. Congrats anyway.

Thanks Joe. Illinois is now 3-2 in Rose Bowls. Hopefully when we
go back to Pasadena next year we'll be used to the big stage and
won't spot the Pac10 14 points right off the bat due to shock and
awe.

Yeah, it was pretty painful to watch but like the Cubs fans
say, Wait 'til next year. ;-)
