Super Bowl Halftime show couldn't ruin.

ya know, joey, i thought ol' tom petty did a pretty good job on "free
fallin"--of course, that is not the most demanding composition of the last
half century, but pretty neat lyrics.

and most of the ads - BLECH! Although it was VERY sophomoric,
the Doritos-mouse-through-the-wall ad cracked me up. The e-trade "baby"
ads
were pretty cool, too.


True enough. This year's ad lineup was subpar compared to previous
years. Ditto your choices, though. The Bud Light "Cheese Party" add
was the best of that lot.

Don't get me wrong - I *like* Tom Petty, but there's a time and a place for
everything, and the Super Bowl ain't the place for "slow dancing", IMHO.
