Ah! the plant that created the demand for Never Leak. It made going
bare-foot in California so much fun. The state is controlling them
with bugs the stem boring weevil, Microlarinus lareynii and the fruit
boring weevil Microlarinus lypriformis.

I went back to one of my child hood haunts a couple of years ago. I
could have walked around bare-footed. Thirty years ago it would have
