I'm certainly not an expert on weaks or specks but I've been told by a few
more knowledgable guys than me that they are one and the same, we just call them different names. But I don't know. The ones you caught certainly look like the one I got back in the fall. I don't have a picture to compare though, you may very well be right, I think the one I hooked had slightly finer spots on it. I hear they can get over 10 pounds, mine was about 19+ inches long, I didn't get a weight. Rich P |
