While we're dealing in stereotypes, someone with a mule is typically carrying a KPOS. :-) Yeah yeah. So do we get an AK report? Jon. |

Steve, I've fished Alaska four times, and most of the rainbows were more than 20 inches, and some were 30+. That's all I am saying. Thanks for putting me in the same company as Fortenberry. Although I strongly disagree with his politics, he's really a good guy. LaCourse |

You wouldn't have lasted one day on this trip, without a guide to carry your **** around, cook your food, and wipe your fat ass. Thanks for putting me in the same company as Fortenberry. Although I strongly disagree with his politics, he's really a good guy. You're a far bigger asshole than Fortenberry is. In fact, when it comes to disgusting and repellent personal attributes -- in particular, overweening and unjustified pride coupled with a selfish small-mindedness second to none -- you are the worst I've ever come across. -- Cut "to the chase" for my email address. |

Never encountered that. Cooking? Love it, especially camp cooking. I have fed some of the most infamous roffians, including yourself. Why, wayno and Jeffie actually swoon over my hash browns. I know, I know, you have this thing about my ass, but believe me, Steve, you'll never get to it. Sorry. I don't swing that way. d ![]() LaCourse |

Best rainbow fishing I've ever seen, by far. We caught, in order, Grayling, Dolly Varden (or Arctic Char), silver salmon, sockeye salmon, rainbow trout (many on mice and many over 20"), chum salmon, king salmon (a jack), and pike. -- Cut "to the chase" for my email address. Hope you enjoyed it. I used to "dream" about going there some day. Don īt suppose I will do so now though. Maybe one last trip into Swedish Lappland as long as I am still fit enough. Have to wait and see. I didnīt know that Dolly Varden were the same as Arctic Char. Had a look, and it seems that Arctic Char are the third species to be called "Dolly Varden". Seems also that the original Dolly Vardens are extinct in the McCloud river? Would be nice to see some pics? |
