and a Happy Thanksgiving to the rest of y'all, too. Good hunting! Pheasant sounds great. The duck is defrosted, the pies baked, the chestnuts roasted and peeled. All that tomorrow requires is a blackberry glaze for the duck as it roasts, baking the dressing, and steaming the Brussels sprouts with chestnuts, steaming the haricots verte, and mashing the baby Alaskan potatoes.
