i doubt that it would work..... illegal dumping is prevalent.
hell, just saw what appears to be a freshly dumped dilapidated
range or dishwasher down a barren leaf hillside coming home the
other evening.... most likely op's deer stand.

But watching people haul out fish 2 - 5
miles downstream from Love Canal, fish that are known
to be chock full of chemical pollutants, to take them
home to eat them, shows that there are fundamental
disconnects that we are not likely to overcome any
time soon.

yeah, i'm probably one.... don't really know fer sure, but i'd
wager that one of my/her (shmbo) mutuals has it in the portfolio.
