Default Flyfishing outfitter recommendation

Thanks for the input guys, but as I learned a long time ago, Google is your
friend. Went to the Virginia state website, rivers section where all rivers
are "rated" on several aspects, fish, number of fish from shocking records,
etc. etc. Anyway, to make a long story short, the North Branch of the
Holston river got a top recommendation for numbers of fish and especially
smallmouth bass, with good catches being recorded in the last several
years. Saltville was mentioned as a good spot to start as downstream from
there it is scenic and great fishing. Sent an email to the Saltville
Chamber of Commerce and got an immediate reply, friendly folks there, no
doubt about it. Anyway an ex-guide who lives there called me and offered to
fish with me. Who the hell am I to turn down such an offer? We agreed the
week of the 17th of this month would be a good time to shoot for so I await
his input on forecast weather, etc. I hope this augers well for the start
of my bass season.

Trip report, I promise.
