Louie's suggestion is best - even if you attach it to the TR and post it to
ROFF, most servers won't pass along the binary portion (the picture). *While you
could post the pic to a binary group, like alt.binaries.pictures.fishing or
whatever it is. many folks no longer have access to them. *Long story short,
newsgroups are no longer even a decent way to let others see your pictures and
are certainly not the most widely-available.
