Resident (J, K, and L pods) and "Transients" pods passing thru. The residents feed on salmon basically. But the Transients feed on mostly mammals. Seals, Sea Lions etc. In an unusual situation, this Spring there have been at least 3 witnessed attacks by Transient Pods on migrating Gray Whales.
