While it looks like this thing might be made of something similar to coracle slat/ribbing, have you ever seen anything like this used with coracle nets or anywhere else with coracles? A coracle oarlock, made out of what's handy? Or perhaps a few leftover pieces, a pocketknife and some time to kill...? TC, R
