"Venezuelan" is not a race, and moreover, the little ****-ant has continued the
half-assed practices of prior dictators, census, and so, he has no "official
race." And since his bio is as full of **** as he is, there is no way of
knowing with any certainty what his racial makeup might be. other than the
likelihood of some combination of "local" and Hispanic/Iberian (in the world
sense, not the US sense). IAC, nothing I've said about him has anything to do
with _any_ race, whatever his might actually be.
