Some of the most widely used patterns are Junction Shrimp, Willie
Gunn, Comet, White Wing, Garry Dog, Yellow Tosh, Ally's Shrimp,
Cascade Shrimp, Plop Fly, Temple Dog, Purple Shrimp and the Thunder &
Lightning.

Indeed, it does sound like a specific pattern. Do please post the results
of your search, when and if you get any.

Ok Mike thanks for the reply, I had a standard type reply from the
tweedfish website but they didn't send me the patterns. At least not
yet I am pursuing it with them.

It seems strange to me that they would advertise and recommend local
type flies and expect their website customers, who hail from all
corners of the globe, to know the dressings or be able to bring these
flies with them when they arrive for their booking. ??
