There are a lot of them on the market. They all work for drying flies. The types with silica powder are somewhat better, as the powder also acts as a floatant. I use ground ( coffee grinder) silica gel to dry flies, and then a floatant to waterproof them again. Works great, and the silica gel costs nothing. I have about 40 pounds of it, collected from electronics packaging. TL MC |
