Like the pix. They caught the Winter weather. Looks like some good snowpack.


Well, it is winter so it wasn't hard to capture.... ;-) Our snowpack is
pretty good right now and more is currently being added. Bring it on!

So much open water compared to:

And that was before it got cold.


Here it isn't really a matter of getting cold because the water flows
pretty fast. Call it a benefit of a fast moving freestone stream.
Slower rivers like the Yellowstone aren't as fortunate and some
stretches look much like the pics you put up.
