Interestingly enough, it was another Bill Murray vehicle that depicted "near
'nuff" eternity to me. "Lost In Translation" seemed to last forever.

/daytripper (who - according to the SO - just didn't get it...)

Lost in Translation is my favorite movie of this year,

turns out it's my mom's fave movie of the year. (who knew? dear old
mom...) the movie was written by sophia coppola, and it does have
some key female aspects to it (ie. no fireballs or car chases).

did anyone else notice in the dvd extras, that sophia's everyday
demeanor is a virtual mirror of scarlett johansson's performance?
lol. i'll bet sophia coppola is the kind of gal who likes to spend
all day walking around the house barefoot and with little more than
panties and a tshirt on. and i'll also bet she has a thing for goofy,
graying men like bill murray.

and there've been
some good ones. I also liked The Station Agent, Pieces of April, and
Mystic River.

You have to admit, Daytripper, that Scarlett Johansen is hot. :-)

I tell ya, Teri Garr was hot before she went on the Sally Struthers diet.
"What knockers!" "Why thank you, doctor."
