Well, more appropriate than you know. I'd get rid of that link -

it contains a
trojan virus.

I run AV scans on a pretty regular basis using two different
programs and haven't detected anything.

Not surprising, when you think about it.

Yeah, but this isn't actually a virus - just a minor(?) annoyance:

If you block Java Script, it's not a problem.

Since I'm used to speaking to end-users who are clueless, if I use terms like
"worm" or "trojan script" I get blank stares in return, so I end up using the
word "virus" as a catch-all.

Hey, where'd our braggadocious friend Securtron go? Haven't seen him since
Frankie's post. ;-)

You say annoyance, I say funny. Matter of perspective I guess. :-)

Yeah, I guess that would be easier for some people to understand. I
am sure that my grandparents wouldn't know what the hell you were
talking about until you said "virus."

Maybe looking for a new ISP. g

I hate it when some l0s3r throws a red flag in front of me. By the way, for
those wondering, it didn't take an hour. More on the order of 5 minutes.
He's talking illegal? He of the "hacked DirecTV?" Sheesh.

I'm just glad all our hard earned money went to good use for your education and
certification. Some kids, ya buy 'em books and send 'em to school and ya never
get any return. 100-200 more of these spammer-thwaps and we should break even.

Good on ya, Frank.

That was the part that I thought was the most fun. In general I don't
like Java (or whatever) traps, but that one kept me chuckling as I was
getting rid of it.

Often taunted by trout.
Only a fool would refuse to believe in luck. Only a damn fool would rely on it.
