Hello All, It appears that I will have the opportunity to be in Seattle (95% + sure) for the final week of June, and I'll have 2 or 3 full days to myself to wet a line, most likely during the week. It's been years since I've been in Washington state, and, when I started researching the trip, I quickly became overwhelmed by all the fishing possibilities.... Cheers, Bill There are lots of rivers to choose from, and as they say, timing is everything (day of week), so plan accordingly (meaning weekends are busy). Also, we're experiencing lower than normal streamflows, so adjust the fishing guides accordingly, see: http://waterdata.usgs.gov/wa/nwis/current?type=flow There are lists for each river basin/region. Also, the State Dept. of Ecoloby has an Angler's Web page at: http://wdfw.wa.gov/fishcorn.htm (See the Weekender's Report). Good luck. --Scott-- |
